9 Post Completion Certificate Issue<br />

9.1 Permit Arrangements<br />

Emcor will be responsible for issue permits to the completed areas post completion.<br />

9.2 Public Relations/Press Releases/Marketing<br />

Nothing planned at present.<br />

9.3 Defects Close <strong>Out</strong> Strategy and Programme<br />

This section covers defects known at handover.<br />

9.3.1 Strategy<br />

Walter Lilly to advise Arup. This will need to be discussed with Matt Lee and Christine<br />

Hobbs of ICL.<br />

9.3.2 Programmes<br />

Walter Lilly to advise Arup. The defects correction period is 14 days on this project and this<br />

applies to all items notified as outstanding at Completion.<br />

The details will need to be discussed with Matt Lee and Christine Hobbs of ICL.<br />

9.4 Latent Defects Reporting Strategy<br />

Walter Lilly to advise Arup of the strategy for dealing with this. There is a 14 day defects<br />

correction period identified in the contract data.<br />

9.5 Demobilisation Arrangements<br />

9.5.1 Archiving<br />

The archiving will be done by ICL and will included a full set of O&M information as well as<br />

the CCM records.<br />

9.5.2 Contractor accommodation, Welfare and Storage<br />

To be mainly removed prior to Completion. WL to advise if some space needs to be<br />

retained for their offices post Completion.<br />

9.5.3 Plant, Equipment and Materials<br />

To be removed prior to Completion.<br />

9.5.4 Logistics and Security<br />

Not applicable.<br />

9.6 Lessons Learned Workshops<br />

Target date set for 8 th April 2008. Plans to be reviewed with Zoe Mulholland of ICL.<br />

9.7 Post Handover<br />

ICL have requested WL provide a plan of spares that may required in the future and an<br />

indication of how frequently they will be needed.<br />
