Saves water<br />
No measuring, no mixing and no pouring. Impact XP offers great saving in terms of time and labour –<br />
enabling the busy groundsman to get on with other tasks. It is, however, the elimination of the need<br />
for any water to be added to the paint that is its greatest saving.<br />
Water is not only a precious commodity that should not be wasted, but is quickly, for many,<br />
becoming an additional expense which will probably only increase in years to come.<br />
As an example:<br />
A standard sized football pitch, using traditional concentrate paints, diluted with water, requires at<br />
least 400* litres of water over a 35 week football season. When this is multiplied by, say, 100 pitches<br />
that may be marked out for, or by, a local authority, this volume of water increases to 40,000 litres<br />
…ever year!<br />
Taking the UK as a whole, and including other sports such as rugby, tennis, lacrosse, hockey, golf etc,<br />
this amounts to millions of litres that could be saved by using Impact paints.<br />

The only water the Impact system uses is for flushing out the spraying equipment!<br />
Saves energy<br />
Labour is a valuable resource and groundsmen are always looking to be more time-efficient. If the<br />
time spent on an operation such as line marking can be reduced to allow other important jobs to<br />
be undertaken, such a saving will be worthwhile. Speed of marking is also important if pitches<br />
need to be marked out in a short space of time.<br />
Impact XP could over-mark 15 pitches from a fully loaded iGO machine without the need to stop<br />
and refill. Traditional paints will mark just 2-3 pitches and have to return to base for refilling.<br />
