Microsol is a superior range of water
soluble fertilizers that has been introduced
for year round use on all turf surfaces.
The specially formulated range contains
a unique, rapid-solubilising Magnesium.
Each analysis contains chelated trace
elements and high quality N, P, K for
optimum nutrient input flexibility.
An important element to Microsol fertilizers is the choice
of analyses for either hard or soft water areas. Such an option
will allow improved optimization of their use and maximize
application efficacy.
Throughout the UK the water supply will contain different levels
of Calcium and Bicarbonate. The degree of water hardness has
in the past been a key factor in ‘when-and-where’ soluble
fertilizers can be used, as it can reduce total solubility potential.
Rigby Taylor’s Microsol range has options across the range of
analyses, suitable for both hard and soft water areas.
Water hardness comes from naturally occurring Calcium and
Magnesium salts, and the harder the water, the more of these
salts it will contain. The map graphic to the right shows the hard
and soft water areas in the British Isles.
