The selection of the organic and mineral raw materials is
extremely meticulous. Only the highest quality, organic raw
materials are used and are fully traceable.
Organic fertilizers also provide required trace elements,
micronutrients, and primary biostimulant sources, i.e. humic
substances, amino acids and enzymes.
*All organic fertilizers should be irrigated in well, and the surface
should be mown without boxes for a few days if possible as
organic granules take longer to disperse than mineral granules.
Many greenkeepers and horticulturists have always preferred to include
organic fertilizers in their feeding programmes as they have the
advantage of not only providing essential nutrients, but also helping to
increase microbial activity. Such products also release their nutrients
slowly so providing gradual and sustained growth.
The modern compounding technique of Microfine Organic produces a
genuine homogeneous granule of premium quality, so overcoming
many of the problems associated with more traditional organic fertilizer
formulations.
The granules are of a small size (1-2mm), very low in odour, and break
down quickly when in contact with irrigation or rainfall, so preventing any
risk of scorch and virtually eliminating mower pick-up.
The organically bound nutrients are released through the activity of soil
microbes, ensuring a gradual release of the nutrients over several
months. The breakdown not only releases traditional nutrients, but also
organic matter to enhance micro-organism activity.
