Ca’ Momi Winery Releases Ca’ Rosa Frizzante
A Blushing Sparkler
Ca’ Momi Winery has announced the release of
its newest wine – a frizzante rosé called Ca’ Rosa
Frizzante, which was produced in Napa from
California grapes. This fun, lightly sparkling
summer rosé will pair perfectly with a picnic at
the beach, a day at the pool, or with a light
dinner.
In 2007, Ca’ Momi Winery produced its first
sparkling prosecco-style wine – Ca’ Secco
Frizzante. Ca’ Rosa is its blushing companion. Ca’
Rosa is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc,
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Muscat grapes, and
has an alcohol level of 11.5%, making it easy to
enjoy. This bright pink wine boasts a nose full of
fruit such as pear, cantaloupe, pineapple and tutti
frutti. On the palate you can identify strawberry, lychee and pear
surrounded by tropical notes.
“Ca’ Rosa came as a result of the great success we have enjoyed
with our Ca’ Secco Frizzante since its release in 2007,” enthused
Winemaker Dario De Conti. “Both of these wines are light-hearted
and pair well with many foods. They are also the perfect
accompaniment for relaxing in the backyard on a warm afternoon.”
Retailing for around $18 per bottle, the wine
may be purchased online at
www.camomiwines.com or at your local wine
shop. Ca’ Rosa Frizzante is available for purchase
throughout the U.S.
About Ca’ momi
produces award-winning California and Napa
Valley wines that can be enjoyed every day in
the name of the family’s home near Torreglia, Veneto and is named
remembered for obsessively protecting his home and the surrounding
vineyards. The winery’s portfolio is wide-ranging and includes Ca’
