Ca’ Momi Winery Releases Ca’ Rosa Frizzante
A Blushing Sparkler
Ca’ Momi Winery has announced the release of
its newest wine – a frizzante rosé called Ca’ Rosa
Frizzante, which was produced in Napa from
California grapes. This fun, lightly sparkling
summer rosé will pair perfectly with a picnic at
the beach, a day at the pool, or with a light
dinner.
In 2007, Ca’ Momi Winery produced its first
sparkling prosecco-style wine – Ca’ Secco
Frizzante. Ca’ Rosa is its blushing companion. Ca’
Rosa is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc,
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Muscat grapes, and
has an alcohol level of 11.5%, making it easy to
enjoy. This bright pink wine boasts a nose full of
fruit such as pear, cantaloupe, pineapple and tutti
frutti. On the palate you can identify strawberry, lychee and pear
surrounded by tropical notes.
“Ca’ Rosa came as a result of the great success we have enjoyed
with our Ca’ Secco Frizzante since its release in 2007,” enthused
Winemaker Dario De Conti. “Both of these wines are light-hearted
and pair well with many foods. They are also the perfect
accompaniment for relaxing in the backyard on a warm afternoon.”
