Configuration 3 Status Hardware Status The Status section provides real time readings of the power status of radios inside the CPU Box, status of the I/O ports of the CPU Box and on-board sensors of the CPU Box and display(s). The Status tab information is used for monitoring the performance of the MW810 hardware and for troubleshooting. Figure 3 Status Screen- Hardware Tab Event Logger The Event Logger shows real-time events of the MW810 controls and operations (such as a press of a display key. The Logger also shows a list of hardware faults, each with a counter that adds whenever a new event is added. The Event logger is mainly used to identify repeated hardware malfunctions. To make support easy, use the Save button to save all information in a text file and email the file to the support center if requested.
