SERVICE STATIONS
SVS-500AS
Features
Ceramic heater with integrated sensor
A ceramic heater with built-in sensor has been adopted. During
soldering the temperature will remain stable. The temperature will
recover quickly and there is excellent heat recovery power which
keeps the tip temperature stable.
Variable temperature setting
The temperature can be set variably from 200˚ to 480˚C. This allows
a wide range of soldering to be done from terminals and connectors
to flat ICs.
CONTROL
This service station combines a desoldering unit and a
temperature controlled soldering unit in one unit. A powerful
compact pump has a maximum vacuum suction of 600mm Hg
(representative value) that allows easy desoldering of single and
multi-layered PCBs. Both the desoldering unit and the soldering
unit temperature are controlled by the temperature control sensor
feedback system.
SOLDERING UNIT
RoHS
The zero volt switch circuit has been adopted for the heater ON/OFF
control to assure a reduction in noise during the ON/OFF operation.
Service station combining a desoldering unit and a
temperature controlled soldering unit all in one.
SOLDERING UNIT
lDuring soldering the temperature remains stable. lThis unit allows a wide
range of soldering to be done from terminals and connectors to flat ICs.
DESOLDERING UNIT
lBuilt-in powerful and compact twin pump. lWhen the trigger is pulled,
the heater is ON to boost temperature in order to compensate for reducing
nozzle temperature during desoldering. After the trigger is released, the
vacuum pump continues operating automatically for approximately 0.5 seconds
reducing the chance of solder jamming in the nozzle.
derived with a thermocouple secured on
the tip and melting solder consecutively
on 5 5 5mm PCB land size. Soldering
time is approx. 2 seconds/land.
