Tyco safety <strong>Product</strong>s - C•<strong>CURE</strong> 800 Software Support Agreement (SSA)<br />
Standard Service is our standard coverage option. It provides telephone<br />
support and assistance from our Customer Support centres during normal support<br />
hours<br />
(M-F, 9.00am - 5.00PM) as well as - software and firmware maintenance updates.<br />
Standard Service also provide, at no additional chrage, both software and<br />
maintennace release updates, normally targeted to resolve software code conflicts,<br />
and software enhancement release updates which target software features development.<br />
