PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES<br />
The Business Administration Program Faculty have established the following Program Educational Objectives.<br />
• Students graduating with a Business Administration degree will have a broad knowledge and understanding of business<br />
fundamentals so that they are academically prepared for a business career; compare favorable when evaluated on a<br />
national norm, and as alumni, are successful in advanced studies, other professional fields or in advancing themselves<br />
within an organization.<br />
• Graduates of the BSBA will have the knowledge and skills that create productive employees and managerial leaders<br />
with a global perspective.<br />
• <strong>Undergraduate</strong> BSBA faculty will demonstrate teaching effectiveness by using appropriate education and learning<br />
techniques in the classroom.<br />
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) is a technically-focused degree program.<br />
