Distinction in management and leadership: KAH-<br />
RAMAA holds a workshop for managers and head<br />
of sections<br />
Out of its keenness to achieve distinction<br />
in all sectors of its services and<br />
activities through providing continuous<br />
training for its employees and development<br />
of their potential at all level, Human<br />
Resources Department at Qatar General Electricity<br />
and Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA”<br />
held a workshop for the managers and head<br />
of the sections entitled ‘Encouraging Distinction’<br />
during the period from 19 February to 8<br />
March 2012.<br />
The participants of the workshop were divided<br />
into five groups; and the workshop was conducted<br />
under the supervision of a major international<br />
institute of administration specializing<br />
in distinction strategies and modern leadership<br />
techniques training and planning to achieve<br />
sustainable distinction at all sectors of KAH-<br />
RAMAA. The Human Resources Department<br />
plan includes contracting the best administration<br />
and human development international<br />
institutes and companies that are accredited<br />
by London Business School and Management<br />
Center Europe.<br />
