4.3 The distribution of the difference between sale price and preceding market values Figure 4.5 shows the distribution of the differences between the sale price and preceding market values for all sales between 2002-2011 in each country. There are some differences in the distribution between the countries. In Sweden, there have been the largest share of sales within ±10 % of the preceding market adjusted valuation.
