5A. The tender document can be down loaded from our website
www.chennai.bsnl.co.in and application made on such a form shall be considered valid
for participating in the tender process. However, at the time of submission of bids, the
cost of the tender document of Rs.525/- (Rupees Five Hundred Twenty Five only) should
be paid in the form of crossed demand draft as mentioned above and should be kept in
the Technical bid cover. Cost of the bid document is neither transferable nor
refundable.
Sale of tender documents:
Between 11.00 Hrs. to 16.00 Hrs. from
24-06-2013 to 17-07-2013 (Except on
Sundays & Holidays).
7. Time and date of submission of Bid: Up to 14.30 Hrs. on 18-07-2013.
8. Time of Bid opening At 15.00 Hrs. on 18-07-2013.
9. The sealed envelopes containing bid documents are to be addressed to
Deputy General Manager (C & A) South West and super-scribed as
“Tender for Cable laying, Rehabilitation, and Cable Maintenance
including attending Cable Faults of External Plant of DGM (CPT) (O &
M) of South area, Chennai Telephones” due for opening on 18-07-2013.
The tender, which is not accompanied by the requisite Bid Security and not
qualifying eligibility criteria and also failure to submit documents as per sec. XII along with
the technical and financial bids shall be summarily rejected. Tender will not be accepted /
received after expiry date and time. BSNL-CHENNAI TELEPHONES reserves the right to
reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
