ขอบงใชในการรักษา 1
- ใชรักษาและปองกันโรคหอบหืดในผูที่อายุตั้งแต 5 ป และผูใหญ
- ผูปวยที่จะใช corticosteroid ในการรักษาโรคหอบหืด
- ไมใชในการรักษาอาการ acute bronchospasm.

โดย cytochrome P450 3Aได metabolites คือ
- Beclomethasone-17-monopropionate (17-BMP) most active metabolite
- Beclomethasone-21-monopropionate (21-BMP)
- Beclomethasone (BOH)
Elimination 4
- elimination half-life of 17-BMP is 2.8 hours.
- BDP and its metabolites are 90% excreted in the feces
- Less than 10% of the drug and its metabolites are excreted in the urine.
