Overall Master Plan Chaing Kai-Shek <strong>International</strong> Airport, Taiwan, Republic of<br />

<strong>ARC</strong> developed the overall master plan for presentation and proposal to the Taiwan Air<br />
Cargo Terminal Company. The Master Plan involved planning for sequential<br />
implementation of an estimated $ 250 million USD investment over a period of 5 years.<br />
The master planning development was conceived from <strong>Douglas</strong> <strong>Tobin</strong>’s past<br />
experience in the Cargo Handling Systems developed for SATS Terminals 1A thru 4A -<br />
Singapore, Hong Kong Kai Tek Terminal 2 - Hong Kong, and MAS Cargo Terminal<br />
Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia. The design was based upon a modular systems<br />
implementation program involving workstation, storage, import and export modular<br />
components.<br />
