Project Master Planning for the New<br />

Athens <strong>International</strong> Airport involved the<br />

development of Planning reports<br />

projecting Airport Revenues from<br />

developed Concessions. <strong>ARC</strong> developed<br />

software enabling fast and multiple<br />

evaluations of different planning<br />

scenarios. The planning involved analysis<br />

of the relationships of projected<br />

passenger flow to overall building areas<br />

and retail, food and duty free allocated<br />

areas. This allowed the Aviation Authority<br />

to determine the best plans for<br />

development and construction. The<br />

scope of work included budgetary Economic Analysis<br />

analysis, numerical passenger flow and<br />

revenue analysis with their relationship to facility construction costs.<br />
