The solution is further defined in a 70% design meeting, first with Stakeholders, and
then a formal submittal to the TSA.

• Updated Basis of Design Report (see Section 2.2.1.5)
• Updated Dynamic Simulation Report and AVI file
• 70% Design Plans
o Demolition
o Construction
o Phasing
o Elevation Views and Cross Sections
• Preliminary Contingency Plan in case of:
o Screening equipment failure
o Conveying Equipment Failure
o Loss of utility power
o Unplanned surges in throughput demand
• Specifications
o Construction Documents

o TSA Commissioning Requirements
o Baggage System Reporting Requirements
• Draft Configuration Management Plan
