The new machines are not only fast, they
also provide for high output and minimal
wastage rates, plus they take up very little
additional space. For the filling company,
these advantages represent a clear improvement
in efficiency, with a simultaneous reduction
in costs.
In 2006 the new CFA312 and CFA512
filling machines were able to achieve output
of 12,000 packages per hour for medium carton
sizes, with the same unique speedy volume
changeover. “With our new filling machines,
we’ve been able to offer our customers highly
efficient lines, especially for large-volume
production, that are also incredibly flexible.
For example, the CFA512 can fill volumes of
500, 750, 1,000 and 1,100 ml, with consistent
output of 12,000 carton packs per hour. This
high-performance output, combined with the
proven, unbeatably fast volume changeover,
is the only one of its kind in the world”, says
Luc Viardot.
