Ordering & Policy Information
Warranties
Classic Auto Air will replace or repair any defective
rebuilt or reconditioned part for a period of 90 days,
any new part for a period of 1 year , providing the same
part is not covered for a longer period by the original
manufacturer. Warranty is immediately void should
any refrigerant or additive be installed into the system
other than R-12 or 134a. We are here to help — call us
immediately so we may authorize the return and send
a replacement part. Properly package the item, we
will have it picked up and returned to us at no cost to
you. A copy of the original invoice and a short, detailed
explanation must be enclosed with the merchandise.
This warranty is for parts replacement only. We do
not cover labor, refrigerants, or any other item not
supplied by Classic Auto Air. The company shall not be
responsible or subjected to any action for damages.
There are no conditions, representations, or warranties,
expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, except
those herein contained.
Damaged Merchandise
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it
arrives. If you believe you are missing a part or parts,
call us immediately.
All damage resulting from shipping is the responsibility
of the carrier. Keep all packing material with the box
and parts. Immediately notify the carrier and then call
us with the invoice number from the package label.
We will be glad to assist you in filing a fast and accurate
claim with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
All special orders and electrical parts are nonreturnable.
Parts and systems may be returned
within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Missing
parts must be reported within 5 days of receiving
your order. Please call or write for authorization
before returning any part. All returns must be
uninstalled and in undamaged factory packaging
so we may resell the parts as new. All returns must
be shipped freight prepaid to C.A.A. with a copy
of the original invoice enclosed. All refunds will be
subject to a 15% administrative/ restocking charge.
Refunds on properly returned merchandise will be
credited to customer’s account. Credit memos may
be used on future orders or customer can request a
cash refund. Allow 30 days from date C.A.A. receives
returned merchandise.

The items in this catalog are a combination of the
highest quality reproduction, rebuilt original, and
new original parts. Always feel free to call for detailed
information on any of the products we sell.
Pricing
Due to price increases charged by our suppliers,
we reserve the right to change prices or withdraw
products without prior notice. Please call to check

Shipping Policies
We have found the majority of our U.S. and Canadian
customers prefer United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard
UPS shipping is ground service, although we offer 2nd
day and next day air services.
