Manual exposure adjustment (Mixed)<br />
Adjusts the exposure to be used when text and<br />
photo original is selected for the image mode.<br />
1. Select “Manual exp. adj. (Mixed)” and press<br />
the [Change #] key.<br />
2. Press the [Lighter] or [Darker] key to adjust<br />
default setting of copy exposure.<br />
Setting range: -3 to +3<br />
Manual exposure adjustment (Text)<br />
Adjusts the exposure to be used when text<br />
original is selected for the image mode.<br />
1. Select “Manual exp. adj. (Text)” and press the<br />
[Change #] key.<br />
2. Press the [Lighter] or [Darker] key to adjust<br />
default setting of copy exposure.<br />
Setting range: -3 to +3<br />

Adjusts the exposure to be used when photo<br />
original is selected for the image mode.<br />
1. Select “Manual exp. adj. (Photo)” and press the<br />
[Change #] key.<br />

Setting range: -3 to +3<br />
Display register key<br />
Sets whether or not to display the Register key in<br />
the copy operation screen.<br />
1. Select “Display register key” and press the<br />
[Change #] key.<br />
2. Select “On” or “Off”.<br />
Customize the base screen (main function)<br />
Changes the layout of the main functions of the<br />
base screen.<br />
1. Select “Customize (Main function)” and press<br />
the [Change #] key.<br />
2. Change the layout to press [Move ahead] or<br />
[Move to behind].<br />
Customize the copy operating screen (add function)<br />
Changes the layout of the functions except the<br />
main functions of the copy operating screens.<br />
1. Select “Customize (Add function)” and press<br />
the [Change #] key.<br />
2. Change the layout to press [ ← ].<br />
Margin width<br />
Sets the default setting of the margin width for the<br />
margin copying.<br />
1. Select “Default margin width” and press the<br />
[Change #] key.<br />
2. Press the +/- keys to adjust default margin<br />
width.<br />
Setting range: 0 to 3/4" (inch specifications)<br />
0 to 18 mm (metric specifications)<br />
Border erase width<br />
Sets the default setting of the border erase width<br />
for the border erase mode.<br />
1. Select “Default erase width” and press the<br />
[Change #] key.<br />
2. Press the +/- keys to adjust default erase<br />
width.<br />
Setting range: 0 to 3/4" (inch specifications)<br />
0 to 18 mm (metric specifications)<br />
Copy limit<br />
Sets the number of copies limit for multiple<br />
copying.<br />
1. Select “Preset limit” and press the [Change #]<br />
key.<br />
2. Press the +/- keys to set copy preset in one<br />
job.<br />
Setting range: 1 to 999 copies<br />
