introduces students to scaling IP networks. Students learn to use<br />
VLSM, private addressing, and NAT optimize IP address<br />
utilization. The majority of the course content is related to<br />
learning how to implement the RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, and<br />
BGP routing protocols. In addition, the course details the<br />
important techniques used for multicasting, route filtering and<br />
route redistribution. This course will prepare students for the<br />
Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) 642-901 exam.<br />

laboratory experience in current and emerging networking<br />

Networking Professional (CCNP) exam: 642-825 Implementing<br />
Cisco Secure WANS (ICSW). Instruction includes DSL, PPPoE,<br />
PPPoA, MPLS, Frame Relay, VPN; how to build a remote access<br />
network to interconnect central sites to branch offices and home<br />
office/telecommuters, and to control access to the central site, as<br />
well as maximize bandwidth utilization over the remote links.<br />
