Prior approval is required for services where
cost exceeds $800, unless waived by
presiding judge.
Total payments may not exceed $7500 per
representation (fees and expenses) unless:
excess is certified by the presiding judge and
approved by chief circuit judge (or delegate) as
necessary to provide fair compensation for
services of an unusual character or duration.
