Advance Approvals 38 Attorneys must obtain advance approval for other services where cost exceeds $800 Unless waived by the presiding judge upon a finding that, in the interest <strong>of</strong> justice, timely procurement could not await prior authorization This requirement applies in non-capital and capital cases.
