Wine is more than just alcohol. It is a vital and exciting part of many varied<br />
cultures and cuisines. In this two-hour class you will learn about the great<br />
vineyards of the world. You’ll taste and talk about what makes wine so<br />
special. Once the mysteries are revealed, you will no longer be intimidated,<br />
only charmed, by fine wine. Discussion will include (but not be limited to)<br />
classification, evaluation, tips on buying and storing, and how to deal with wine<br />
snobbery. A great start for beginners but recommended for anyone who has ever<br />
tipped a wine glass by candlelight. Cost includes wine tasting. Student must be<br />
at least 21 years of age to enroll.<br />
