The Pride in Palmer award
for the third quarter of this year was presented to Northampton Pool
and Patio, for using Palmer Township in their advertising. The BIP thanks
Northampton Pool and Patio for their Palmer Pride.
Since the last edition of this newsletter, the BIP has had the pleasure of welcoming
the following new members:
On September 13, the BIP held its very successful 5th Annual Golf
Outing at Riverview County Club. Ninety golfers participated in this
year’s outing with all proceeds going toward the future construction of
a pavilion at the Charles Chrin Community Center of Palmer Township.
The BIP thanks Strausser Enterprises, Inc., Bardot Plastics, Inc., and The
Pidcock Company as the major sponsors of this event. There were a
number of other sponsors (as noted in the thank you ad in this newsletter)
who the BIP also thanks. Dave and Lisa Colver, Co-Chairs of the
Golf Committee, also thank the volunteers for their help and the many
businesses who provided gifts for the raffle in making this event such a
success.
