TENDER CALL NOTICE FOR ORGANISATION OF MUKTESWAR DANCE FESTIVAL
On behalf of Department of Tourism, OTDC is going to organize “Mukteswar Dance
Festival” at Mukteswar Temple complex, Bhubaneswar from 14.01.2010 to 16.01.2010. Offers
are invited from reputed firms / agencies which have experience and expertise in the relevant
field and which fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
a) Experience in organizing Classical dance programme (individual work order not
Less than Rs.10.00 lakh.)
b) Minimum annual Turnover for similar work not less than Rs.25 lakhs for the last 3
years ending on 31.3.2009.
Submission of Bids
The offer should be submitted in two covers.
Cover I should contain the following documents required for pre- qualification in
accordance with eligibility criteria.
i. Copy of Valid Service Tax Registration Certificate.
ii. Copy of PAN card for Income Tax.
iii. Participation Fee of Rs.4,000/- (non refundable) and EMD of Rs. 5,000/- (refundable)
in shape of DD drawn in favour of Managing Director, OTDC Ltd on any nationalized
bank (The EMD will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the event
subject to deduction , if any).
iv. Turnover of the firm for the last three financial years ending on 31.3.2009 duly certified
by Chartered Accountant.
v. Copy of the work order confirming execution of similar work for not less than Rs.10.00
lakh.
vi. General Design & Layout including the design for Ambience Creation and two Gates.
Cover II should contain the Price Bid in the prescribed Format.
All the covers should be sealed and super-scribed in bold letters “Cover I : Pre-qualification
Bid” and “Cover II Price Bid” (as the case may be) for Mukteswar Dance Festival 2010.
The offers should reach the office of the Managing Director, OTDC Ltd., Lewis Road,
Bhubaneswar-751014 by 11.00 A.M. of 28.12 09. Cover I will be opened first at 12.00 Noon on
the same day followed by opening of Cover II (Price Bid) of only those who fulfill the Eligibility
criteria. The Bidders or their authorized representatives may remain present during opening of the
bids.
The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any
reason thereof and is not under obligation to accept the lowest offer.
