Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Chandipur, Dhenkanal and Cuttack<br />

Panthanivases in Orissa”<br />

TERMS & CONDITIONS<br />

1. Non refundable participation fees of Rs.6000.00+4%VAT and EMD amount<br />

Rs.35500.00 in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Managing Director, OTDC Ltd. are<br />

to be enclosed with the tender documents failing which the tender will be<br />

summarily rejected. The last date of receiving the tender is up to 3.00 p.m. of<br />

02.02.2011<br />

2. VAT Clearance Certificate/ TIN No.<br />

3. Up to date PAN CARD.<br />

4. The bidder must be a registered manufacturer/ dealer of Modular Kitchen<br />

Equipment. The attested photo copy of the same will have to be enclosed with<br />

Tender Paper.<br />

5. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received without<br />

assigning any reason thereof.<br />

6. For the purpose of jurisdiction in the event of dispute if any contract should be<br />

deemed to have entered into within the State of Orissa and it is agreed that,<br />

neither party to the contractor nor the agreement will be competent to bring a<br />

suit in regard to the matters covered by the contractor at any place outside the<br />

State of Orissa.<br />

7. Price and conditions of offer should remain valid for a period of one year from<br />

date of acceptance of the tender. The validity can be extended on mutual<br />

consent.<br />

8. Warranty: The warrantee period for the Equipment must be Five years from the<br />

installation of these. The supplier shall rectify any defect, or replace the<br />

system if required during the period of warranty without any extra cost. The<br />

original guarantee certificate of the manufacture shall be submitted along with<br />

the bill.<br />

9. Payment: Payment will be made after successful supply & installation of the<br />

Equipment at respective Panthanivas and following deduction shall be made from<br />

the bills.<br />

a) Security- 5% to be kept withheld during the guarantee period.<br />

b) Income Tax – as applicable<br />
