Free Flow Technology combines usability with “low cycling pressure” to create some
of the finest custom paintball guns on the market. Even though we are constantly
developing new ideas, the most proven ones are available in our custom Autococker
design.
The Team Lockout Free Flow Autococker
The Free Flow Autococker started as a small way to eliminate ball chopping in the
“real world” paintball environment. When paintball manufacturers started making
“brittle” paintballs to reduce costly bounced shots, we realized the crucial importance
of this paint in top level tournament competition. Sometimes it wasn’t the best team
that won the game, it was the team that got a “lucky” bounce that ended up pulling a
game out of certain defeat.
After using this paint for a short while, we noticed a tendency to chop more balls in
the breach from a hard hitting bolt of a half-fed paintball. Incorrect feeding of paint
can, sometimes, be eliminated by motorized loaders, shooting slower or just keeping
the gun upright. We tried as players to use these methods to our advantage, but it
always seemed that the one time you are in the tightest bunker on the field, trying to
angle your gun through a hole to make the one game breaking shot, you were almost
sure to chop a ball. We then decided that half fed balls are not the only major cause
of chopped paint but nearly impossible to avoid in a top level paintball competition.
Since the Autococker was already on of the most proven guns available, and it
offered on of the lowest “cycling” pressures stock, we began a project that soon
became recognized throughout the paintball circuit as the Free Flow Autococker.Teh
Free Flow Autococker stared off as just trying to find easy to reduce the pressure of
the ram. If we can reduce the pressure in the ram mechanism then the balls couldn’t
chop in the breech the pressure moving the bolt would be lower than that needed to
crush a paintball. After three full years of design and prototyping, we have designed a
custom Autococker that takes this philosophy to a new level. This is the Autococker
that you now own.
The Team Lockout Free Flow Aoutococker combines all that we have learned, tested
and proven in top level paintball into a usable package that effectively drops
”cycling” pressure to less than half of any other gun produced today. Standard
Autocockers cycle at approximately 90psi. Most customized Autocockers cycle at
roughly the same or higher pressures due to a low “firing” pressure philosophy.
Team Lockout Free Flow Autocockers cycle as low as 30psi while keeping the
“firing” pressure slightly lower than stock.
