This guide will teach you to maintain your Team Lockout Free Flow Autococker. It
will also help you diagnose and solve minor problems unique to our low cycling
pressure philosophy. A few things need to be mentioned before we begin.
1. It is extremely important to wear safety approved paintball goggles whenever
handling a loaded Autococker. Even if the propellant is removed (CO2,
HPA, or N 2 ) is removed, enough air may remain inside the secondary
regulator to discharge the Autococker.
2. ALWAYS disconnect the propellant and remove all paintballs from the
Autococker before performing maintenance or diagnostics.
3. Even though the Tem Lockout Free Flow Autococker is slightly different than the
standard Autococker it still functions with the same pattern. All users should be
familiar with the current Worr Game Products Autococker Users Manual and
must abide by all safety recommendations within that publication.
4. All Team Lockout Free Flow Autocockers come with a lifetime parts and service
warranty. This warranty is gun specific not owner specific. If you are not
confident with what you see here in this guide – send it to an authorized service
center (see page 12) and we’ll service it FREE (you must cover the shipping).
Team Lockout Free Flow Autococker Features:
This version of out Free Flow Autococker incorporates proven technology from several
manufacturers to achieve super low cycling pressures.
Functional features:
1. Heavy nylon locking hammer design that eliminates “lug walk” and the loosening
of the cocking rod due to vibration.
2. Complete Free Flow Pneumatic kit to transfer large volume, low pressure air
efficiently and smoothly (Includes Micro Rock Regulator – still the most
adjustable and reliable front end regulator made, WGP’s STO Ram – the best
serviceable ram on the market, and our high volume smooth bore “Bullet” 4-way
valve – this trigger activated valve has 4 times the flow of any other to aid in
rapid transfer of low pressure air to the ram.
3. Custom Free Flow Low Cycle Pressure valve – using the most proven and reliable
“WGP” cup seal and guide pin we reduce the spring pressure needed to achieve
optimum velocity while improving overall shots per tank by 40%.
4. A softer main spring that is 4 times lighter than any “Nelson” spring – this
reduces lug release tension behind the trigger so you can fire the gun without
working out your trigger finger.
5. Hand polished trigger internals – smooth as a ball bearing and nickel plated to last
a lifetime.
6. Professional 45 Frame V2.01 – the only frame of it’s kind. Allows two trigger
ride adjustments, sear tension adjustment, sear angle adjustment, and trigger stop
adjustment.
