Junper deployed at what appeared to be nornal altltude. Obeervtng fron the ground,
1t appeared nain pllot chute bridal llne wae Iooped under arn whlch caueed nain
contalner not to oPen. Upon lnspection of gear after tnpact, deceaged had cut away
naln, whlch wae equlpped wlth a Stevene cutaway eyaten. The Stevena cutaway worked
good beeauee naln chute wae layint approxlnately l0 feet away. Reeerve had etarted
deploylng wlth all Ilnea etlll gtowed. Esttnated cutaway was perforsred at
approxlnatety 50 feet.
