The menu presented depends on the capabilities of the selected device. For example, it is possible to perform format or certify operations on certain models of disk drives, as shown in Figure 24. It is also possible to perform Error Log Analysis when running diagnostics on the selected device. The AIX error log can be searched for errors logged against the selected device for errors between 1 and 60 days old.
