The Cost studies are based on incremental econanic theory and
assumptions, plus @pacific Network deployment strategies, first choice
provisioning guidelines, and equipment purchasing information.
Cost study assumptions are as follows:
1. RTU fees have bean included where applicable to account for the
expense which must bo paid to the switch vendors upon termination.
2. The discounted dipc0nMct factor is based on a location life of 24
mnths. Service Provider Wumbar Portability is an interim soluticm that
will be replaced by an AW-based application.
3. In the RCO (Remote Call Fona+nq) study, the resideptial
additional path assumed call waitlag and voice wssaging applications
which carries a lowor wag. rate tbaa the first path. It is as.\rmcd the
