Mrs. Frank ( Grace Rupp) Weber<br />

Grace W. Weber, daughter of Elias F. and Mary Rupp was born near Pettisv1lle, <strong>Ohio</strong> November 17,<br />

1887. After an extended illness of more than three years she entered into eternal life April 7, 1947 at<br />

the age of 59 years 4 months and 20 days. On December 17, 1912 she was united in marriage to<br />

Frank Weber. To them were born three children; Lucille, Lawrence and John. Soon after their<br />

marriage they moved to Phoenix, Arizona where they lived for four years then they moved to Toledo,<br />

<strong>Ohio</strong> where they resided for two years then moving to Wauseon and later to Pettisville to their present<br />

home. When about fourteen years of age Mrs. Weber became a Christian and after moving to<br />

Wauseon she with her husband united with the First Methodist church under the pastorate of Rev.<br />

Dunham in 1920. For her Christianity was a way of life and it may also be said of her, "For me to live<br />

is Christ, and to die is gain." During her illness she bore her pain, patiently, courageously and<br />

cheerfully, content that God's will might. be done. Her faith<br />

in God did .not fail, but sustained and strengthened her during the years of anxiety and pain.<br />

The surviving relatives are her, husband Frank Weber, one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Smith of Piqua, two<br />

sons, Lawrence and John, two grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Stella Lantz, one brother, Ralph Rupp<br />

and many other relatives and friends.<br />

Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Grace W; Weber, 59, <strong>from</strong> the Edgar Funeral Home<br />

at 2:30 Friday afternoon. Mrs. Weber, a former Wauseon resident, died Monday at her home in<br />

Pettisville. She is survived by her husband Frank Weber, a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Smith, of *Picqua<br />

and two sons, Lawrence, a student at Ada and John, at home.
