overtaken in an accident, and was taken to Memorial Hospital where he expired shortly after. He had
attained the age of 69 years, 8 months, and 4 days. His passing has brought great sorrow to: his wife,
Louisa, who is in serious condition at Memorial Hospital; his children: Mrs. Harold Brehm of Delta,
"Farewell our loving Father,
We lay thee now to rest.
And although our hearts are breaking,
Yet we know God's will is best.
Oh! How much we long to keep you,
Have you with us ever near,
Though in life we always loved you,
We never knew you were so dear.
"To us you will be now but a memory,
Something that we've had and lost.
Only now: we know your value
But, Oh! the price. Oh! What a cost.
"We implore thee Heavenly Father,
Take His and Thy place in our lives
And thru Thy love ,and mercy,
Unite us all in Paradise."
