All About Salad Making<br />

Learn how to make healthy and delicious salads in this<br />
hands-on lesson! You will be taught how to make threebean<br />
salad, tossed green salad, cottage chesse salad and<br />
more! Forget about those store-bought sauces, you will also<br />
learn how to make your own Thousand Island and French<br />
dressing sauces for your salads.<br />

Tasting Of<br />
Gewurztraminer<br />
Gewurztraminer is a very distinctive<br />
and aromatic grape and usually spicy<br />
coupled with a touch of ginger and<br />
cinnamon to the taste. The first impression<br />
of its aroma is usually sweet, with a hint<br />
of lychees and rose. Join us in this tasting<br />
of different styles of this exotic wine<br />
from Alsace. This is one wine that can be<br />
enjoyed with Indian and Chinese spicy food. A total of 5<br />
wines will be featured and paired with spicy food.<br />

Learn To Play The Keyboard!<br />
Have you ever wanted to brush up on your piano<br />
playing? Now you can with these keyboard courses!<br />
In the beginner course, students will be taught<br />
the basics of note reading and playing chords.<br />
Intermediate students will get to explore more chords<br />
and play familiar songs with accompaniments. They<br />
will also be taught fingering techniques. Instructor<br />
Titus Chia has been teaching piano, keyboard and<br />
organ to people of all ages for the past 6 years.<br />
