All About Salad Making
(Hands-On)
Learn how to make healthy and delicious salads in this
hands-on lesson! You will be taught how to make threebean
salad, tossed green salad, cottage chesse salad and
more! Forget about those store-bought sauces, you will also
learn how to make your own Thousand Island and French
dressing sauces for your salads.

Tasting Of
Gewurztraminer
Gewurztraminer is a very distinctive
and aromatic grape and usually spicy
coupled with a touch of ginger and
cinnamon to the taste. The first impression
of its aroma is usually sweet, with a hint
of lychees and rose. Join us in this tasting
of different styles of this exotic wine
from Alsace. This is one wine that can be
enjoyed with Indian and Chinese spicy food. A total of 5
wines will be featured and paired with spicy food.

throughout the day. A free wine

Learn To Play The Keyboard!
Have you ever wanted to brush up on your piano
playing? Now you can with these keyboard courses!
In the beginner course, students will be taught
the basics of note reading and playing chords.
Intermediate students will get to explore more chords
and play familiar songs with accompaniments. They
will also be taught fingering techniques. Instructor
Titus Chia has been teaching piano, keyboard and
organ to people of all ages for the past 6 years.
