FIDUCIARY FUNDS
HealthSource Saginaw Fund - This fund is used to account for the collection and distribution of
tax collections for HealthSource of Saginaw. It is subject to the informational budget
summary requirements of Act 2 of the Public Acts of 1968, as amended.
Penal Library Expendable Trust Fund - This fund is used to account for the collection of fines
imposed for state law violations and distributed later to the various libraries within the
County as directed by the State Library Board. It is subject to the informational budget
summary requirements of Act 2 of the Public Acts of 1968, as amended.
Indigent Health Care Fund - This fund is used to account for the collection and distribution of
money to the Saginaw Health Plan to support indigent health care programs. It is subject
to the informational budget summary requirements of Act 2 of the Public Acts of 1968, as
amended.
