– Direct acting vasodilator > arteriolar<br />
– Loadingdose: 5 mg IV ( repeat/20 min, max 20 mg)<br />
– Maintenance dose: 1 mg/h Iv<br />
1 A or 25 mg in 50 ml NaCl 0.9 % - 2 ml/hr<br />
incompatible with gluc 5 % Side-effects:<br />
Tachycardia<br />
Hypotension<br />
Headache<br />
Long onset time !!<br />
