Schulich puts a great deal of emphasis upon group work in various components of your MF
program. However, group work is sometimes difficult, challenging each individual and each
group in unique ways. These challenges can provide exceptional opportunities for doing great
group work, and for your own learning. One of the best ways to ensure that these challenges
turn into opportunities is to get some objective, outside assistance for your group(s). As such,
Schulich is offering a results based, non-evaluative, and confidential resource to help with the

available to facilitate your groups as needed – confidentially! Stephen teaches ORGS courses in
the MBA and BBA programs at Schulich and is also a well known coach/consultant in Toronto,
specializing in teaching business people about various aspects of group and interpersonal
communication. He holds an M.A. and an Honors B.A. in Psychology and is a Ph.D. candidate
in Applied Psychology & Adult Education.
