<strong>Schulich</strong> puts a great deal <strong>of</strong> emphasis upon group work in various components <strong>of</strong> your MF<br />
program. However, group work is sometimes difficult, challenging each individual and each<br />
group in unique ways. These challenges can provide exceptional opportunities for doing great<br />
group work, and for your own learning. One <strong>of</strong> the best ways to ensure that these challenges<br />
turn into opportunities is to get some objective, outside assistance for your group(s). As such,<br />
<strong>Schulich</strong> is <strong>of</strong>fering a results based, non-evaluative, and confidential resource to help with the<br />

available to facilitate your groups as needed – confidentially! Stephen teaches ORGS courses in<br />
the MBA and BBA programs at <strong>Schulich</strong> and is also a well known coach/consultant in Toronto,<br />
specializing in teaching business people about various aspects <strong>of</strong> group and interpersonal<br />
communication. He holds an M.A. and an Honors B.A. in Psychology and is a Ph.D. candidate<br />
in Applied Psychology & Adult Education.
