The City of <strong>San</strong> <strong>Antonio</strong> is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of improved City-owned<br />
real property described below which must be received by the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall,<br />
2nd Floor, 100 Military Plaza, <strong>San</strong> <strong>Antonio</strong>, <strong>Texas</strong>, before 4:00 p.m., Monday, October 18,<br />
2010. Bidders may submit, by mail or hand-delivery, only one (1) signed original BID FORM,<br />
which must be complete and free from ambiguity. Further, the following two items must<br />
accompany the BID FORM:<br />
A conceptual idea for development of the property, and<br />
A statement of financial stability and experience.<br />
Added stipulations for successful bidder:<br />
• The property will be sold with its contents “as is.”<br />
• Purchaser(s) will have 30 days for due diligence at purchaser(s) cost.<br />
• Buildings must be conveyed with the land.<br />

time to pass through security screening, sign in and receive a visitor’s badge in order to<br />
