HOBART<br />
After a long weekend break free from TSL<br />
football the boys are keen for today’s match<br />
to come a<strong>round</strong>. After turning in one good<br />
quarter against Glenorchy last game the team<br />
is looking to upset North Launceston.<br />
The U18s have had a very difficult first part of<br />
the season but once the Hutchins and State<br />
Under 16s return this team will be winning the<br />
close games that are being lost at the moment.<br />
Congratulation to all players and the coaching<br />
staff for sticking together through the tough<br />
times, hard work will pay off.<br />
Congratulations to Jeremy Howe and Michael<br />
Cassidy who represented Tasmania against<br />
Queensland last weekend. Congratulations<br />
to former Hobart player James ‘Charlie’<br />
Charlesworth who kicked 5 goals for<br />
Queensland in their big win.<br />
Back on the 5th of June over 100 people<br />
attended the Black & Gold Ball at Hadley’s<br />
Hotel, a big thank you to Phil and Sandra for<br />
organizing the night.<br />

For only the third time this season we play<br />
at home on the Lauderdale Oval, and what<br />
a challenge it will be against the top of the<br />
ladder Clarence team. Let’s hope it is a fine<br />
day so we can all enjoy a great game of footy.<br />
