Section 325-11 Election Regulations<br />
(a) Electioneering The printing, publication, circulating or distribution of<br />
resolutions, letters, telegrams, tickets, email or other devices, by a<br />
Noble, suggesting, recommending, opposing or containing the names<br />
of proposed candidates for offi ce in the Temple is prohibited.<br />
(b) Violation For any violation of (a), the Imperial Potentate may suspend<br />
any offending Noble, and he may declare the election of the offi cers<br />
void and order a new election.<br />
(a) Notice At least one week prior to the annual meeting or any election,<br />
the temple recorder shall mail to each member a notice thereof<br />
containing this section.<br />
