Sports Presentation Assembly<br />
This year we decided to acknowledge all the sporting achievements through an assembly<br />
which took place on 11th May 2009. The assembly was very successful and the following<br />
students were awarded High Commendation certificates:<br />
Sports Person of the Year: Imogen Wolsey<br />
Overall Dedication & Progress – Aine Tiernan<br />
Team of the year – U15 Cross County National Cup Team<br />
Well done to all the students who took part in team sports this year.<br />
Half colours (material flash) were awarded to girls who have shown a very good standard of<br />
skill and commitment to training in Yrs 7-13. Colours (metal badges) were awarded to girls<br />
who have shown an outstanding level of skill and commitment to training in Yrs 10-13.<br />
Summer sports to be celebrated as part of the next presentation assembly, as the summer<br />
season has only just got underway.<br />
