The cabling infrastructure is a long-term and strategic
investment for every company. Our system warranty ensures
that the installation is a secure basis for the IT over
a long period of time. The 25 year warranty agreement is
addressed towards the plant owners and operators for this
reason.
We control and monitor the performance and reliability of
our products as the supplier of all the components and ensure
that their reliability is certificated by independent test
institutes.
All the members of staff in our partner companies are specially
trained in order to guarantee trouble-free installation.
What does the 25 year warranty mean?
ASSMANN stands for quality and reliability for connectors
and cables for more than 40 years. Knowledge of our customers`
requirements and quality requirements allows us
to offer an extended warranty on our products of 5 or 15
years.
Our many years of experience in quality assurance and
regular confirmation by certification institutes enable us to
offer the 25 year system warranty for cabling components
also for the Permanent Link.
The performance capability of our products is proven by
independent test institutes. We guarantee, during the 25
year warranty that the cabling (Permanent Link) complies
with the standards defined at the time of the installation.
This includes observation of the technical transmission properties
of the current DIN EN 50 173-1 und ISO/IEC 11 801
in the channel or Permanent Link together with observation
of construction type DIN IEC 60 603-7-51 Ed.1-500 MHz,
screened. We undertake the exchange and repair of the
affected installation cable, if necessary, if a claim is made
because of non compliance of the technical transmission
properties according to the prevailing standards at the time
of the installation.
