Hula Dance (Adults)
Hula dancing is a fun way to exercise.
Gain an understanding of body alignment,
technique, dance moves, and
culture. Learn to tell a story with your
hands using traditional kehiko (ancient)
and auana (modern) motions to Hawaiian
music. Learn other Polynesian
dance forms too, including Samoan,
New Zealand, and Tahitian. Instructor
has Masters in Hula/Hawaiian Studies.
