Stress-Away Self Care (Adults)<br />

Our hands and feet are maps <strong>of</strong> our entire<br />

bodies. They contain thousands <strong>of</strong><br />

tiny nerves called reflexes which correspond<br />

to every organ and system within<br />

<strong>the</strong> body. Simply pressing on <strong>the</strong>se reflex<br />

points can reduce stress, revitalize<br />

energy and help alleviate a wide variety<br />

<strong>of</strong> common health problems. Even with<br />

limited grip or strength, you can learn<br />

how to use everyday objects to massage<br />

<strong>the</strong>se pressure points. Practical<br />

realistic street situations. The program<br />

balance and range <strong>of</strong> movement. Restorative<br />

breathing exercises and final<br />

relaxation will promote stress reduction<br />

to increase core muscle strength and<br />
