Cutters. It Is 1-7/8" Long X 9/16" Diameter. One
End Is Knurled For A Press Fit In A 9/16"
Diameter Reamed Hole In The Paper Cutter Table.
The Opposite End Has Two Machined Wrench
Flats And A 1/8" NPT For The Air Supply.
AJ103 Lawson Seybold Air Jet - Short Body

These Cast Iron Safety Washers Are Engineered
To Break At A Set Overload Condition. They Are
4-9/16" In Diameter And Have A 13/16" Diameter
Mounting Hole In The Center Of The Slot. The
Slot Is 1" Wide By 7/16" Deep.
S97 Seybold Safety Washer
These Cast Iron Safety Washers Are
Engineered To Break At A Set Overload
Condition. They Are 4-9/16" In Diameter And
Have A 13/16" Diameter Mounting Hole In
The Center Of The Slot. The Slot Is 1" Wide
By 7/16" Deep.
HB16 Clutch Handle Helper Bar
These Are Used To Turn The Clutch Handles
When They Are Screwed Into The Flywheel On
Polar Cutters. The Holes For The Clutch Handles
Are 6-3/8" Apart. Without This Tool You Risk
Applying Uneven Pressure To The Clutch Handles
Which Can Cause Them To Break Off.
HB24 Clutch Handle Helper Bar
These Are Used To Turn The Clutch Handles
When They Are Screwed Into The Flywheel On
Polar Cutters. (207321) The Holes For The Clutch
Handles Are 8-1/2" Apart. Without This Tool You
Risk Applying Uneven Pressure To The Clutch
Handles Which Can Cause Them To Break Off.
W10 Polar Blade Leveling Handle (224707)
This Malleable Iron Blade Leveling Handle Is
Used On Many Models Of Polar Cutters
Including The Polar 115 EL. It Is 6 1/2" Long
And Has A 14mm Square Hole Which Clamps
On The Square Blade Leveling Shaft On The
Back Side Of The Cutter
AJ501 Air Jet Nozzles For Polar Paper Cutters.
These Are 30mm (1.18") Long, Including The
Height Of The Protruding Ball. These Air Jets Are
Used In Early Polar Guillotine Cutter Air Tables
And Air Feed Tables, Jogger Tables, As Well As
In Other Industrial Applications For Material
Flotation. They Allow For Easy Movement Of
Stacks Of Paper Or Card Stock By Allowing The
Stock To Float On A Thin Layer Of Air. Once The
Stock Clears The Button The Air Jet Closes Off To
