Phi Mu Epsilon is a sorority<br />
for life science majors who<br />
are interested in the fields of<br />
physical therapy, microbiology,<br />
and occupational<br />
therapy.<br />
The popularity of Dr. Franz eba was the<br />
reason for the increased interest in snow<br />
skiing on the campus this year. Beginning<br />
with 100 members the club grew to over<br />
400 active members making it the largest<br />
and one of the most active organizations<br />
on the campus. The racing team, organized<br />
this year, participated against Arizona in<br />
its first meet. The Aztec Ski School gave<br />
free lessonson all ski trips. Activities for<br />
the year included; the 3rd annual dry-land<br />
ski lessons,dances. ice skating, free weekly<br />
ski movies, and ski trips at reduced prices<br />
to Big Bear, Mammoth Mtn., Squaw<br />
Valley, the Snow Bowl in Arizona, and<br />
Alta, Utah.<br />
The group has two meetings<br />
a month, which is often attended<br />
by guest speakers.<br />
