Description<br />
CASTROL CLEAREDGE <strong>EP300</strong> is a milky extreme pressure, biostable soluble oil based<br />
on solvent refined mineral oil.<br />
CASTROL CLEAREDGE <strong>EP300</strong> contains lubricity additives, extreme pressure additives<br />
and corrosion inhibitors to enhance the performance of the product.<br />
Application<br />
CASTROL CLEAREDGE <strong>EP300</strong> is designed for use in most production engineering<br />
operations. It is suitable for use n both large central systems and also small individual<br />
coolant sumps.<br />
CASTROL CLEAREDGE <strong>EP300</strong> will perform a wide range of machining operations<br />
including milling, drilling, tapping, reaming and broaching. It is ideal for systems where a<br />
range of operations is performed on a variety of different metal types including steels,<br />
cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum.<br />

CASTROL CLEAREDGE <strong>EP300</strong> poses no significant hazard to the user. As a matter of<br />
good safety practice, minimize skin contact and avoid breathing mist or vapor.<br />

SMALL - 20 LITRES OR LESS<br />
Soak up on <strong>Castrol</strong> Diatomaceous Earth or similar inert oil<br />
absorbent. Arrange for disposal through an approved facility.<br />
LARGE - GREATER THAN 20 LITRES<br />
Contain as soon as possible, remove by best means available<br />
and arrange recycling (preferred) or disposal through an<br />
approved facility.<br />
New or used mineral oils, or solvent must not be allowed to enter<br />
the ground, ground water, water courses, sewers or drainage<br />
systems. Advice may be sought from the Environmental<br />
Protection Authority or from the local waste disposal authority.<br />
Bare metal surfaces: Remove with <strong>Castrol</strong> solvents or <strong>Castrol</strong><br />
degreasers.<br />
Use the <strong>Castrol</strong> range of hand cleaners, i.e. Careclean Plus<br />
