Description
CASTROL CLEAREDGE EP300 is a milky extreme pressure, biostable soluble oil based
on solvent refined mineral oil.
CASTROL CLEAREDGE EP300 contains lubricity additives, extreme pressure additives
and corrosion inhibitors to enhance the performance of the product.
Application
CASTROL CLEAREDGE EP300 is designed for use in most production engineering
operations. It is suitable for use n both large central systems and also small individual
coolant sumps.
CASTROL CLEAREDGE EP300 will perform a wide range of machining operations
including milling, drilling, tapping, reaming and broaching. It is ideal for systems where a
range of operations is performed on a variety of different metal types including steels,
cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum.

CASTROL CLEAREDGE EP300 poses no significant hazard to the user. As a matter of
good safety practice, minimize skin contact and avoid breathing mist or vapor.

SMALL - 20 LITRES OR LESS
Soak up on Castrol Diatomaceous Earth or similar inert oil
absorbent. Arrange for disposal through an approved facility.
LARGE - GREATER THAN 20 LITRES
Contain as soon as possible, remove by best means available
and arrange recycling (preferred) or disposal through an
approved facility.
New or used mineral oils, or solvent must not be allowed to enter
the ground, ground water, water courses, sewers or drainage
systems. Advice may be sought from the Environmental
Protection Authority or from the local waste disposal authority.
Bare metal surfaces: Remove with Castrol solvents or Castrol
degreasers.
Use the Castrol range of hand cleaners, i.e. Careclean Plus
Contact your local Castrol Special Products Division in each state
Office.
