The <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> City Regional Council has been made aware of this item<br />

and the project is consistent with the Regional Plan. The Incentive Offer<br />

was accepted in July 2006 and revised on <strong>August</strong> 2009, predating the<br />

Regional Council Initiative.
