Company History - Water Lilies Food is a family owned business established in 1995 in<br />

Brooklyn. The Company produces Asian appetizers and entrée meal kits for the food<br />

service industry and retail chain stores. Due to an increase on demand, the Company<br />

relocated to a 48,000 square-feet facility in Queens.<br />

Ownership – Privately owned<br />

Size – Facility located in Queens, <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong>.<br />

Market - Major competitors include Kahiki Foods (Ohio), Day Lee Foods (California) and<br />

Windsor Foods (Illinois). Some of its best customers include Wegmans, Giant/Stop &<br />

Shop and Whole Foods (<strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong>), and Walong (California).
