Over the academic years 2002/03 to 2004/05 the numbers of students registered on Fáilte Ireland courses has remained relatively steady. However there was a 22% decrease in student numbers between the academic years 2004/05 and 2005/06, which corresponds to 487 fewer students registered. While registrations in all regions decline between 2004/05 and 2005/06 the South and East region showed the highest decline in student numbers with a 28% reduction.
